Overview

The Interactive Knowledge Visualization tool bridges bioinformatics, pharmacogenomics, and nutrigenomics, mapping high-dimensional connections between physical therapies and regulatory gene systems. This digital map provides a structured medium to visualize how medications, genomic sequences, and cellular nutritional triggers combine within biological networks.

How to Use

Select view-ports dynamically via the top configuration tabs. The "Dataset Overlaps" diagram tracks structural overlaps across database assets. The "Entity Relationships" graph maps interactive node structures; drag elements to manually reposition vertices or use the capacity slider to expand or collapse active nodes. Tap any visual block to trigger an acoustic synthesizer ring.

Technical Details

Rendered natively inside SVG interfaces, this utility orchestrates layout architectures through specialized D3.js force layouts, tracking vector intersections across structured boundaries. Dynamic acoustics utilize the browser's native Web Audio API, generating pure oscillator feedback chimes safely triggered under explicit user interaction states, preserving high rendering frame rates.

Future Directions

Roadmaps target integration of real-world genomic API arrays, enabling custom dataset inputs directly from user storage. Future visual modules will provide full sub-network selection options, custom physics damping parameters to tailor elastic behavior, and export formats to save graphs directly as layered SVG assets.
